Become a Host

Share your land with people building alternatives. Join hosts who offer real spaces for feralist living.

What We Look For

We welcome hosts offering wild dwellings, raw land, homesteads, collective habitats, and natural residences. Spaces where feralist principles are lived, not just displayed.

For Dwellings:

Natural materials, ecological construction, a real connection with the land. Built from what's there, not dropped on top of it.

For Land Access:

Wild land, real access to nature. We verify alignment through conversation and what you actually do on the ground.

Validation Standards & Process

How we evaluate and monitor every property

Philosophical Alignment

Hosts understand feralist principles. Properties support transition, not tourism dressed up as something else.

Full Transparency

Complete disclosure of land use, building methods, and ecological practices. Claims verified through documentation and site visits.

Ecological Integrity

Natural materials and low-impact design come first. Spaces that work with the land around them.

Continuous Monitoring

Guest feedback and periodic reviews keep standards up. Validation is not a one-time event.

1

Application

Hosts submit detailed applications covering property type, building methods, land practices, and philosophical alignment.

2

3

Claims verified through documentation review, references, site visits, and direct communication.

4

Ongoing Monitoring

Continuous quality monitoring with guest feedback and periodic reviews to maintain standards.

No automated approvals. Every property evaluated by people who know what it takes to build an alternative.

Specific Validation Criteria

Beyond our universal validation process, we evaluate properties on specific criteria:

  • Philosophical Alignment

Owners understand Feralism principles and actively support the transition.

  • Natural Access

Forest, water, wild food, seasonal rhythms. Access to actual nature.

  • Material Integrity

Earth, stone, wood, plant fiber. Locally sourced.

  • Low-Impact Design

Infrastructure that works with the land. Traditional building methods, renewable energy, water conservation, waste cycling.

  • Community Welcome

Open to people who want to learn and contribute, not paying customers looking for an experience.

  • Host Terms

    Simple, transparent platform economics

  • 5% Commission

5% commission on completed bookings. No hidden fees, no processing charges, no surprises. This covers platform maintenance and the validation process.

  • Open to All

Movement membership not required. Validation based on merit and standards. If your property meets our criteria, you're welcome.

  • Direct Relationships

Your guests care about how you live and what you're building, not just the price per night.

  • Ready to Apply?

Host people who get it. The relationships you build here go further than a booking.
